"Support is working on resolving the issue". I appreciate the effort Imani has put into addressing my concerns and facilitating the reimbursement of the funds that were taken from my bank account. Additionally, I now have awareness of this company and can share my experiences on other platforms. This feels like a scam. The "4 stars" rating is primarily due to the fact that they require this in order to process the refund for the money they initially took without authorization. Extremely disappointing.
