"Support is working on resolving the issue". I appreciate the effort Imani has put into addressing my concerns and facilitating the reimbursement of the funds that were taken from my bank account. Additionally, I now have awareness of this company and can share my experiences on other platforms. This feels like a scam. The "4 stars" rating is primarily due to the fact that they require this in order to process the refund for the money they initially took without authorization. Extremely disappointing.

"A representative is helping to resolve the issue." I appreciate the effort from the support team in processing my reimbursement for the funds that were taken from my account.
