I would rate this a zero if possible. I placed an online order, but the delivery was stolen. I reside on a busy street with a lot of foot traffic, and while my front porch has some coverage, the driver left the package in plain sight at the edge of the step. The customer service team insists it was a successful delivery and claims I am responsible for the theft since I opted for delivery. How is that reasonable customer service? Additionally, the stores do not answer phone calls despite several attempts, and they don’t respond to emails either. I had to escalate the issue and waited nearly a week for a follow-up reply. It's widely known that theft is factored into the price of goods, so why should I bear that cost? I’m completely done with this service and will share my experience with anyone who will listen.
