I know you might be reading and thinking its not gonna be bad but no it will be that bad, canceled half my order and gave me a coupon that cant be used on most brands on their store

Exceptional Service in the Ski Section

I bought a pair of skis and bindings at a local store, but after some research, I realized they weren't the right fit for me. When I returned to the store, I was assisted by a representative named Kitti. She took the time to help me find the right skis, demonstrating her knowledge and helpfulness. Kitti truly went above and beyond to ensure I left with the correct equipment. She is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the company, and I hope they acknowledge her contributions. If you visit the ski section of the store, I highly recommend asking for her.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service.

I would rate this a zero if possible. I placed an online order, but the delivery was stolen. I reside on a busy street with a lot of foot traffic, and while my front porch has some coverage, the driver left the package in plain sight at the edge of the step. The customer service team insists it was a successful delivery and claims I am responsible for the theft since I opted for delivery. How is that reasonable customer service? Additionally, the stores do not answer phone calls despite several attempts, and they don’t respond to emails either. I had to escalate the issue and waited nearly a week for a follow-up reply. It's widely known that theft is factored into the price of goods, so why should I bear that cost? I’m completely done with this service and will share my experience with anyone who will listen.

Avoid Online Orders!

AVOID PLACING ORDERS ONLINE WITH THIS COMPANY! I ordered discounted skis and bindings, but my order was canceled days later due to a lack of stock. I received a discount code for my next purchase, so I decided to try again with a more expensive pair. Unfortunately, that order was also canceled shortly after. Quite disappointing.

However, I must say that the in-store experience is often quite different, with knowledgeable and helpful staff. My advice: be cautious with online orders, but shopping in person can still be a good choice.
