Closed the Sportsbet account for life. Placed a bet on what I thought was a 2 horse race, however when the race began, 3 horses were running. Instead of voiding all the bets, SB customer support basically said “Tough luck”. The mentioned customer support officer was quite rude (which isn’t a surprise, worst customer service of any bookie). They didn’t even give me back my bet in bonus. Lost complete faith in this company, I’m sure they won’t miss my dollars but a stand had to be taken. Even a bookie has to know it’s way easier to keep your customers than get a new one. Will be taking my talents elsewhere
