I somehow knew for certain roosters would win against the sharks, apparently I tapped the wrong button though where it was 'total' not 'h2h' so I knew roosters would win, sharks lost. So I asked the 'live chat' thing where someone said i tapped wrong button, its like well can I get a refund then? I wont get the winnings but at least a refund as I knew for sure roosters would win. They're like sorry its like excuse me? I knew for certain roosters would win i betted the roosters would win yet because i said the total not h2h button like who takes notice of what is what anyway? Total sounds more accurate than h2h. Can't they just do a simple who would win scenario out of 2 teams or players? Instead of this mumbo jumbo like which player would win first for example NRL, which player would try or kick football first in goalpost thing like wtf. Just a simple who would win would be nice thankyou
So sad this didn't work out on enjoying a few bets on this app. The app itself and design is awesome. But the Trust is not there. I have been ripped off heaps on sportsbet app. If I get a small win I have to refresh over and over and sometimes it says I didn't win. But with TAB I can be betting and move on without watching if I have won then only find out I won by my money going up. Wish I could trust this app the same. But has been proven to many times I can't trust them, they even take away your $5 bonus bets lol. I honestly thought a multi million dollar company couldn't be that petty but here we are. And I don't talk rubbish .

Sportsbet you bullshit artist…3 leg multi, 2 legs esoccer win but my 2nd game was winning and ripped me off and called the e-soccer players to disconnect from the game so that game get voided you bullshit artist!!!!! Instead of paying me 760 you guys paid me 309 and voided that winning game but bullshit rules on Sportsbet says if disconnected or game rage can disqualify the opponent and get voided for interruption…BS you called and set this game up to disconnect and rigged my winning bet you cheaters!!!!!!!!! I hate cheaters!!! That was a set up
Absolutely scam, if the race says you won they pay you out without checking if it won & if you end up spending the winnings you will be left with minus money. Customer service is the worst & refunds take forever. Dont waste your money on this.

Very ordinary , have been betting with them quite a while ..was offered a bonus deposit match up $100 ( always within minutes after a deposit) on the 25th July with a time frame up to 11.59pm 27th July . I deposited an extra amount on the 26th July , and again had to persist to secure an extra bonus match Deposited another amount and they refused .and could tell me why they honoured my first two deposits. I said I was closing my account and they did with what ever was left in my account ...very ordinary ..so if you are closing your account withdraw what you can and punt the rest
