Recent experience with Sportsbet, after a 6 year relationship, I'm out.I use the service of Black book Push Notifications regularly.Last weekend @ Doomben a horse I have had in my Blackbook for quite some time now. And each time it was racing I would back it. With a result of about 6 losses to a 2nd place. Always ran at good odds. Well on the Monday night after the Doomben meet, I hear on the news my BB horse had won @ excellent odds. My immediate thought was I missed the BB notification. But when checked and confirmed with customer service that I never received a Notification. Was then told someone would get back to me. So far nothing , no response of an apology or the offer of a bonus bet or 2. So I've decided to give ole Sportsbet the " flick " off ! Go back to TAB !
