Terrible phone support. Unwilling to help and unfriendly. I was just about accused of money laundering after I enquired about why there were restrictions on my withdrawal amount.After I emailed them they finally agreed to release my funds back when I threatened legal proceedings. No apologies given for poor support despite having pointed it out to them. They really dont care!
