Horrible customer service.New to betting, go into live chat to query about why the cashout kept dropping literally every second I clicked it. Seemed like it was a little misleading (had no idea what was happening) so I just wanted to see if that was normal or a bug. Went into live chat, waited over 10 minutes in app despite first in queue, spoke to "luke" who was dreadful.Kept telling me how they can't cash out FOR me, despite I kept saying that literally wasn't what I was there for nor did I once ask them or enquire about that. I asked for a supervisor as I just wanted someone to actually read what I said, then I get someone who said the same thing. Do they even read your messages? Literally just tell me that cashout prices change every second rather than patronise me about "we can't cashout for you."Thanks for wasting my time.
