On Melbourne cup day I placed a $25 win bet on race 2 thinking cash back if I run 2nd or 3rd. My horse invincebella susenquently ran second thinking I'm now in line for a bonus bet or cash back only to find they refused saying the bet I placed 8 hours later was classed as my first bet which was for a $2 bet for my daughter not only did they refuse to help (even though the bet slips so time) they then hang up on me ... Never had these problems with crownbet they just don't want to pay when you win or are owed something
