Very Poor Form Sportsbet!!!!I placed a 5 leg NRL multi bet on the weekend. I won 4 legs and the last leg was Manly Sea Eagles V West Tigers "5th Leg"This game got very close towards the end of the game so I kept an eye on the score and at the 75th minute the score was 26 to 24 manly just winning. I checked the cash out option that sportsbet have and that payout was $245 I didn't want to risk my investment so at the 75th minute I clicked on the cash out button and accepted the $245 and then I green button came up for me to confirm my cash out which I clicked on and then the screen went blank. I pushed cask out, clicked confirm...nothing.I rang customer service this morning and wanted to get this cleared up and the excuse I got was it's late in the game and the market changes so often and the demand was heavy....NOSportsbet....If you are going to offer this feature "cashout" and a customer pushes cash out and then sees confirm cash out and then NOTHING happens....You are taking money from your customers. Very dishonest and NO Integrity.I cancelled my account this morning and asked for my funds to be deposited into my bank account.Very Poor Form Sportsbet ypouy are not doing what you say you will.I DO NOT RECOMMEND SPORTSBET
