In your own interests, I’d recommend stearing well clear of SportsBet.In my opinion, SportsBet is probably the worst larger size business ive dealt with.In my opinion, SportsBet customer service is second rate and grievance handling appalling.It seems to me that SportsBet management isn’t interested in corporate reputation or properly dealing with customer concerns.I’d blame SportsBet Management for this.Some years ago I had a customer service issue with Telstra and then Chief Executive of Telstra offered to meet me to resolve it. Now that’s true leadership SportsBet CEO mr Barni Evans - not cowardice !Surely if the CEO of Telstra can meet with customers, so should you.The Sydney Morning Herald published on 3 August 2023 certain claims about the SportsBet Chief Executive. It explains a lot to me.Common Mr Evans, how about meeting me and hearing the truth from your customers about SportsBet management??
