My partner has always said that sportsbet stitch him up but I had never experienced it until now.I put a same race multi on, 3 horses to come top 3 and 1 to come top 4. WELL my 3 top 3 horses came exactly that and my top 4 horse has managed to have a dead heat for third place. I was supposed to win $92, but they only gave me $43..... Less than half. As far as I am concerned, my top 3 horses came exactly where they should have... My top 4 horse went one better.... How they can try and justify a payment of less than half is beyond me.When I tried to get an explanation, they explained what I believe to be the dead heat rules for a single win or placing then didn't want to hear anything more from me and said I am ending the chat now before I could respond. I am not happy with the lack of customer service I just received. Just didn't want to give me the time of day.I know $92 is chump change for some but I'm not a big better and I don't win very often and now it is a principle thing for me. I'll be using pointsbet from here on out! They are killing it with their service at the moment and sportsbet could learn a thing or two from them.
