Worst customer service ever. I had opened my account the previous night and for some reason they wouldn't accept my debit card (even though over wagering platforms do Bet365 and TAB). So I decided to transfer money using my bank account and was checking regulary to see whether my money had reached my account only to find I had been locked out so I contacted them via their live chat.The first guy asked me whether I agree to the terms of service so, I click on the link have a scroll through and by the time I click back he has disconnected the chat. Surely it is illegal for these people to ask me in a chat to effectively sign a contract and not give me appropriate time to read said contract.The second bloke dosen't ask me to agree to the trrms of service (thankfully) and actually identifies the problem. I had apperently oppened a previous account (which I think was BetEasy account that I had opened 3 years early) so he 'fixes' the problem and lectures me in the chat like I had commited some great crime and asks me to log in. Before I could return to the chat on their clunky app and ask him a follow up question this c*** has disconected the chat.I haven't had many customer service experinces in my life always being the type to avoid making a hassel for someone isn't probably making that much. But I work in fruit in veg at my local Woolworths and if I had treated a customer like that I would get my a*** whoped my manger.I can't speak to the quality of their betting services as I never got to make a bet and these thieves will likely end up with my $50. But I can say if you ever a problem you are in for one hell of ride.
