My experience with this service has been very disappointing and misleading. I ordered shorts for my son, expecting a quick delivery, but the delivery dates were only shown after payment. I chose click and collect, but the return process was complicated and exhausting. I had to pay again for return postage. They issued a store voucher instead of a refund, which is unfair, especially for those with limited means. Overall, the experience was frustrating and inaccessible.
