The staff were rude, no name badge on, no smile on their faces. To be honest, it looked like they didn't even want to be working.

I ordered two items from this store on a specific date but never received the parcel. After emailing them, they sent a link to track it, which claimed it was delivered (it wasn't). It felt suspicious since the payment converted unexpectedly. Thankfully, my bank refunded me, but I would advise avoiding this place!
I would rate this as zero if possible. I ordered two swimming costumes for a holiday, but one was far too small. When I tried to return it, I was told it was past the return window, and even if it weren't, there was a charge for return shipping. This company is a joke; it's better to shop with reputable retailers.
