The one star is for customer services replying to my complaint.
However I won’t be buying from Sports Direct again. We tried to return new trainers bought online the day after we received them. They were tried on inside the house but were too big. In same condition as received and we were refused a refund as apparently the soles were dirty. There was no mark on the soles (tried on inside) and so we were refused our £125 refund.
Appalling customer service especially for such a large company and breaking the law under the Consumers Act.
