Evri messed up again again, I paid extra for it to come today. They done it last it last time. I'm at rehab now I'm leaving on Tuesday. Tell them to give my delivery money back and I need my parcel by tomorrow before noon. Thanks. Seriously I can't believe it . Email them please . I'm angry and I'm upset. Can't they deliver it today. Or did they lose lose it like last time. That's what happened last time then I had to use royal mail.

This lady just dropped my order outside of the door. This order was meant to be delivered tomorrow. I’m away from the country and the delivery lady didn’t even press the bell or knock the door. I could have asked her to drop it at the door and it will be safer that way.

The worst company to order from I ordered a 3 XS Lacoste tracksuits and a pair of bottoms I was given 3XL I then contacted them and after some long negotiations and convincing them they made a mistake and then telling me they haven’t and me telling them to look over the pictures again, they then said I would need to go post office and send it back I said that I’m fasting and tired but I will go post office to return it, in fear of them running out of the XS I thought I should do this quickly,even though it is much an inconvenience, I sent it and sent the picture of the receipt to prove that it’s sent. I then waited and waited excited for my tracksuit and I had an event with family we would have been color coded, guess what after a week or longer they sent me my exchange. A large, they sent me a large now they’re saying send it back without showing any remorse or any store credit as an apology just send it back and we’ll try again third time lucky. I can’t believe such a big company would deal with people like this no quality control? No checks? Just mistakes after mistakes can I even be bothered anymore? No I can’t and by the way everyone was dressed in the same color scheme and me not so much. So what do I do waste more time? Go post office again like it’s my second home? Wait around for them to send me the wrong thing again? I have to go post office to even get my money back. I’m an xtra small sending me a large feels insensitive I’m actually genuinely offended I know I’m a small guy but it feels like I’m being made a joke out of not fair at all 0/5 they don’t make things right I feel like I’ve done something wrong i haven’t been offered any store credit when jd sent me the wrong thing in the past even asos they then just said our mistake keep the wrong thing that’s our bad and they sent the right thing too so long story short I don’t recommend

The order was promptly processed and sent out. Evri really is letting sports direct and the customers down.Every order I've made over the past year there has been delays with delivery or my parcel going missing.
I do not rate evri delivery service at all.

I had in my basket 4 articles to buy and in the check out it showed 4 of them . I buy them and i get charged only for one item and everything else was removed from the basket at the moment i paid. Eventually I paid delivery £5 for only one article without knowing that the other items were removed . I only noticed this when i saw my bank account whilst expecting 4 articles.

I had bought a winter coat for my mom, she wanted one size bigger, as it was available on their website I asked in-store if they could order it for me to the store. The said I had to return the coat and would get a credit note and not money to reorder the coat in bigger size from their website. Which I did. I just received the coat, not only is it ripped from the front but also has the security tag still on it! And I am wondering whether this is the first time someone has made an order from their website? How do you NOT check the item before posting??!!

This is the worst customer service i have had with sports direct!Very unreliable company.I have process an order and had to find out by myself the order got lost in transit then had an order reprocessed by your customer service and got promised i'll get the order and now because i haven't received the order i have to chase it again today 14-02-2026 only to be told i am not receiving the order cause it is being returned to the sender due to some damage.All this is through my effort to chase an order that will never come to me.This is a waste of money and a total waste of time!!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Sports Direct (tracking number No: T0047A0669808900). I placed my order on 11/02/2026 and paid an extra £10 for “Next Day Delivery,” as I was told it would arrive on the 13th.

However, on the morning of the 13th, I received a message saying the parcel was received but delivery could not be made that day and might arrive tomorrow at 9:00 PM or even later.

If the delivery cannot be made on the guaranteed date, why charge customers extra for next-day service? I paid specifically for delivery on the 13th. This is very poor service and extremely disappointing.

This has been a very bad experience for me. If guaranteed delivery cannot be honoured, customers should not be charged extra. Because of this experience, I am now reconsidering purchasing from here again, either online or in-store.

Very dissatisfied.

ordered sweatpants from Sports Direct online expecting to receive the current style shown on the website. Instead, they sent an old design from a previous season. Not a minor variation in colour or trim, it was a completely different style.

I contacted customer service and requested a replacement or a refund. Their response was to refer me to their T&Cs, stating that items “may vary.” That might be acceptable for small differences, but this was clearly not the product advertised. Online shopping relies on accurate photo and description and an honourable retailer, this had none of those
