I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Sports Direct (tracking number No: T0047A0669808900). I placed my order on 11/02/2026 and paid an extra £10 for “Next Day Delivery,” as I was told it would arrive on the 13th.
However, on the morning of the 13th, I received a message saying the parcel was received but delivery could not be made that day and might arrive tomorrow at 9:00 PM or even later.
If the delivery cannot be made on the guaranteed date, why charge customers extra for next-day service? I paid specifically for delivery on the 13th. This is very poor service and extremely disappointing.
This has been a very bad experience for me. If guaranteed delivery cannot be honoured, customers should not be charged extra. Because of this experience, I am now reconsidering purchasing from here again, either online or in-store.
Very dissatisfied.
