Regret making a purchase and regret dealing with Elona
Ordered and paid a premium for next day delivery, which sadly never materialised, which is a BIG issue as I was staying at a hotel and checking out the following day. Was bad enough to pay a premium for a service not delivered, however the response on contacting SD was the most shocking part of all. Elona was, next to useless, rude, and unwilling to help, nor did she understand the issue, that being I would have checked out when the delivery would eventually arrive. A more productive conversation could / would have been had with a brick wall. So the situation was left, by Elona, in so much a delivery would take place, all be it late, and all be it when I'd left the hotel and no longer there. Elona didn't seem to grasp the fact I will never receive the item I paid for, let alone paid a premium for next day delivery, and on all counts SD failed, both in terms of the original delivery, then the shocking response from Elona whilst I was trying to resolve the issue they themselves created.
