I received my branded hoody from the company, and upon opening the parcel, it was clear that it was faulty due to a split seam. It appeared to be a previous return, as it had a yellow return slip included. Returning a faulty item is incredibly frustrating and nearly impossible; the instructions direct you to customer service, but there is no contact number, web chat, or email available. Additionally, I had to pay £5 to return the faulty item, which they claim will be refunded if deemed faulty. I will never shop with this company again and strongly recommend others to buy in-store only.
