I bought 6 items,I paid with my card and before I left,I checked the receipt because I already estimated how much will I pay and I was really shocked that in the receipt there was a Nike Jacket amounting £92.
I did not buy a Nike jacket so how come there was a Nike jacket in my receipt.
So I complained right away.And also it's written 2 for £14.Londsdale shirt and I was charged 8.50 each.So there was no discount inspite of buying 2 items.Double check before you leave.
If I did not double check,£92 will be charged to me to an item I did not buy and I will not get the discount for buying 2 Londsdale shirt.
She gave me a refund and I'll wait for the money to be returned to my account.Imagine £92.Hopefully in few days I'll receive it.Be cautious when you pay in any store you buy.

Disappointing Experience with a Faulty Item

I received my branded hoody, and as soon as I opened the parcel, it was clear there was a fault with one of the seams being split. It appeared to be a returned item since it included a yellow return slip. Returning a faulty item to this company is incredibly frustrating and nearly impossible. They direct you to customer services, but there are no available contact numbers, web chats, or emails. Additionally, they require a £5 fee to return a faulty item, which they claim will be refunded if the item is indeed faulty. I will not use this company again and recommend others to shop in-store only.

Avoid Online Purchases

Never Again!

I purchased two pairs of hiking boots during Black Friday week. They took a week to arrive with minimal updates, and the postage cost around £7 or £8. The adidas boots were fine, but the other brand's boots were poorly stitched and extremely uncomfortable, cutting into my ankle. When I attempted to return the faulty pair, I was told I could not drop them off at a local store and had to post them back to England. I also had to handle and pay for the return shipping despite indicating they were faulty. This return process seems designed to deter returns. I will not shop here again; other online retailers make returns easy, while this one makes it a hassle.

Extremely Disappointed

If I could give zero stars, I would. I made a large purchase for the holiday season, but the boxes arrived in terrible condition, with items scattered inside. When I contacted customer service, I was told it was not their problem unless the items were damaged. I am left with unboxed gifts for my child, which is unacceptable.

Missing Items

I ordered a complete tracksuit, but one item was missing. They claimed it was scanned out of the warehouse, yet it wasn't included in the package. There was no damage, indicating possible theft within the warehouse, but they refused to address the issue. I feel like I'm losing £40 with no gift for my son. I will not order again.
