I received my branded hoody, and as soon as I opened the parcel, it was clear there was a fault with one of the seams being split. It appeared to be a returned item since it included a yellow return slip. Returning a faulty item to this company is incredibly frustrating and nearly impossible. They direct you to customer services, but there are no available contact numbers, web chats, or emails. Additionally, they require a £5 fee to return a faulty item, which they claim will be refunded if the item is indeed faulty. I will not use this company again and recommend others to shop in-store only.
