This has been the worst online shopping experience in quite some time. Three-quarters of my order never arrived. I logged a ticket and sent three follow-up emails, but received no response. I reached out via social media and sent a photo of the package that was delivered, clearly showing only one item. I was told they needed to check the CCTV to verify packing. Honestly, just pay a little more elsewhere.
