I'm not surprised by the low ratings this store has received on this platform. I had a terrible experience at a local store. My son inadvertently purchased school shoes from this unfortunate excuse for a sports retailer. Within three months, the shoes fell apart. When I visited the store to address the issue, a salesperson told me to bring the shoes in for the manager to handle. A few weeks later, with the broken shoes and receipt in hand, another salesperson informed me he would consult the manager, who was inside. The salesman returned to say that because the shoes were used, they couldn't issue a refund or exchange. I hope the absurdity of this reasoning is evident. When I asked for the complaints policy or an email contact, I was discouraged and told there was nothing that could be done. After some discussion, the salesman returned with instructions from the anonymous manager to check the website for information myself.
I purchased a jacket on Black Friday, but it turned out to be defective. When I attempted to return it via their website, I was charged a fee of 5 pounds. However, they failed to pick up my item on the promised day. Although the online tracking indicates it was collected, that wasn't the case. After paying for the return, I contacted customer support, only to be questioned about my reason for returning it. I explained that I had already paid for the return service. Their response was to reach out to the courier service. This is incredibly frustrating. I just want my money back, as the jacket is unusable due to a manufacturing issue.

Online it indicated that they had picked it up, but that wasn't the case. After paying for the return, when I finally managed to chat with customer support, they questioned why I was returning it. I explained that I had paid for the return. Their advice was for me to contact the courier service, which is very frustrating. I just want my money back because the jacket is defective.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. If you choose to shop here, avoid the store. Online orders often arrive damaged, and when you report it, you have to pay for the return shipping and are ultimately told you won't get your money back for the damaged goods, despite having reported the damage upon arrival.
This has been the worst online shopping experience in quite some time. Three-quarters of my order never arrived. I logged a ticket and sent three follow-up emails, but received no response. I reached out via social media and sent a photo of the package that was delivered, clearly showing only one item. I was told they needed to check the CCTV to verify packing. Honestly, just pay a little more elsewhere.
This is absolutely ridiculous. Be sure to carefully read the details when placing orders. I mistakenly ordered a snood thinking it was for adults, as the main picture showed a grown man wearing it. When it arrived, I found it was actually sized for children. The packaging clearly stated sizes for kids, which is misleading. Now I have to pay £4.99 to return it. I won't be ordering online again, as having to return items through the service instead of in-store is just another expense after their poor sizing information.
The trainers I received were clearly used, with dirty soles and stones stuck in the grooves. I tried to communicate via social media, the only way to reach them, and spent hours sending the same images repeatedly. It's absurd. Returning items costs £5, and I need to print a label—it's 2025. Steer clear of this retailer; they are not suited for online business.
