I ordered a necklace along with other items from Sports Direct on 24 March 2025(Order Number: SD40000121923960). When I received the parcel on 27 March, the necklace was missing. I immediately contacted customer service and provided all relevant evidence including delivery photo, what I have received and my invoice to request a refund. However, they completely refused to acknowledge the issue. So I had to contact them again, and on 19 May, supervisor Punitan Suppayah told me: “Pending this investigation, any items confirmed missing will be sent out to you.” But MONTHS have passed and I have received NOTHING.This has been extremely disappointing. I feel ignored and frustrated. I will never shop at Sports Direct again!!!!
