Yesterday i bought a pair of training shoes for my son from Sports Direct, but unfortunately, they didn’t fit. When I tried to return them the very next day, with the receipt and in perfect condition, I was told they don’t offer refunds for in-store purchases, only an exchange or a credit note. This is incredibly frustrating and not what I expect from a major retailer.Most stores nowadays understand that sometimes items just don’t work out and offer a refund within a reasonable time. Refusing a refund for something unworn and returned promptly feels outdated and unfair. I won’t be shopping at Sports Direct again unless they change this rigid and customer-unfriendly policy.
