The delivery was quick, yet it's quite annoying to pay for both delivery and return shipping if the item isn't the right fit. Without a return label, I had to manage the online process myself, leading to a total cost of £15 for ordering, returning, and reordering the correct size. In the future, I would prefer shopping in-store. I opted for online shopping this time because of the holiday season. While I'm fine with delivery fees, a free return option would be appreciated.
