Fast shipping, but return policy needs work

The shipping was quick, but it's frustrating to pay for both delivery and return shipping if the item isn't the right fit. Without a return label, I had to manage the online process myself, which cost me £15 in total. I plan to shop in-store moving forward. I ordered online this time due to the holiday rush. A free return option would greatly improve the experience.

The delivery was quick, yet it's quite annoying to pay for both delivery and return shipping if the item isn't the right fit. In the future, I would prefer shopping in-store. I opted for online shopping this time because of the holiday season. While I'm fine with delivery fees, a free return option would be appreciated.

There are better options available

I placed an order on July 12th, but the tracking details were not helpful. I was told the package had been delivered, but it never arrived. In October, I learned it was lost and resent, yet I never received a new tracking number, and the parcel remains missing. I've sent several emails but have not received any support. It's now mid-December, and I feel deceived.

Received incorrect item, no refund issued

I ordered children's shoes online but received worn men's sneakers in a damaged box instead. When I contacted the support team, they provided no help. I did not get a refund or my actual order!

Service quality is extremely lacking

Customer service is almost non-existent. I called several numbers from their website, many of which were not functional, and no one answered. I even tried reaching their parent company but got no response. I was told I couldn't return an item because it was a day late, even though I only needed a larger size. The service is rigid and unhelpful. I will not be using this company or any related brands again.

Disappointing voucher experience

I paid £4.99 for delivery on an order over £100, expecting to receive a £5 voucher for in-store use. However, the barcode was unreadable, and they refused to accept the voucher, even with proof of purchase. It feels like a scam, and I've also found many brands they sell to be questionable. This situation deserves further investigation.

Disappointing online shopping experience

I usually avoid online shopping due to the company's policies. You have to pay for delivery and returns, and if your order has items from different sellers, each return comes with a fee. It's frustrating to be offered a free gift that I can't use. Very disappointing.

Very unhappy with my order

Items missing from my delivery

I received a delivery with an open parcel and three items missing. Despite providing photographic evidence, my claim was denied because they claimed the items were packed and the courier reported no damage.
