I recently placed an order with a 20% coupon code, and without any prior notice, I received an email four days later stating that my item was backordered. However, the retail site confirmed they had ample stock available. I then attempted to order another color that was listed as in stock but didn't have my coupon code readily available. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that my code had expired and couldn't be used. I inquired if they would honor the price since my original order was canceled through no fault of my own, but they refused to acknowledge the code or the pricing for the alternate color. It seems evident that my order was canceled simply because I managed to stack a coupon code, and someone noticed. Losing out twice—once due to the coupon expiring post-order and again with the item now marked as "Out of stock"—meant I missed out on a Christmas present for my brother. It's incredibly frustrating, and this isn't the first instance of having a good deal vanish without explanation. I will never shop here again.
