Where to even begin! I've been a loyal customer for years without any complaints. My experiences were always positive... until December 2025, when everything changed. I ordered a backpack and boots with a member discount. The boots shipped, but the backpack status kept fluctuating between fulfilling and out of stock. I received an email stating that my payment didn't go through, so I reached out. After 10 days, I used the chat feature for assistance, and they advised me to contact the finance department regarding the payment issue. When I called, the representative was polite but mentioned the item would ship once back in stock. I utilized their payment plan, and it appeared they refunded me for the backpack due to delays. I attempted to pay for it separately, and the agent confirmed she would process that. Yet, the status remained unchanged. Another 10 days passed without any updates, so I called again. This time, the representative was incredibly difficult to communicate with. Despite my requests for her to slow down, she continued to speak rapidly and became increasingly agitated when I asked her to listen. I expressed my frustration multiple times, but she kept repeating incorrect information. I eventually raised my voice in desperation. The main issue was straightforward: I had already paid in full 10 days prior, yet she insisted on discussing the payment plan. My attempts to speak with a supervisor went nowhere, and that call ended in frustration. I decided to try again later, hoping for a different representative. I politely inquired about the shipping date, and she assured me it was reserved for me and would ship soon. Two days later, however, the item was marked as No Longer Available. Ironically, I placed a new order for the exact same item at a higher price, and it shipped promptly. It seems they no longer wanted to fulfill my original order at the discounted rate. This situation is completely unacceptable. The service has deteriorated, with unhelpful agents and a lack of accountability. I've even resorted to filing a dispute with my credit card company to reclaim my funds because of their disorganized records and apparent disregard for customer concerns.
