⭐ Misleading Ticket Reseller

⭐ Misleading Ticket Reseller – Premium Seats Were Nothing Like AdvertisedI paid $25,000 this price includes a $15,000 for ring side front row upgrade for what Sportsnet Holidays advertised as a “premium front-row floor experience” for WWE Crown Jewel in Perth. What I actually received were side-wall seats in Section 007, nowhere near ringside, and with a side-on, obstructed angle to the ring. Fans who paid far less ended up with better, front-facing seats.Sportsnet presents themselves as if they have special knowledge or control over seating arrangements, but their own responses make it clear they are simply a ticket reseller with no authority over seat allocation.Yet they still sell “premium seating” packages as if the seat location is guaranteed. When I complained, I received the same scripted lines repeatedly:“Section 007 is premium”“WWE supplied the seating layout”“WWE controlled the configuration”These replies only confirm that Sportsnet cannot guarantee the very product they are selling. To make matters worse, instead of resolving the issue, Sportsnet asked me to remove my review — which says everything about how they handle complaints. Rather than fix problems, they try to silence unhappy customers. If I had been shown the true seating location beforehand, I would never have spent this amount of money. The package was massively overpriced, misleading, and absolutely not what was advertised.Be very cautious. What Sportsnet promises and what they actually deliver can be two completely different things. As a reseller without control over seating, they should not be selling “premium” seats they cannot guarantee.Avoid.My response to sportnet At a minimum, Sportsnet should provide transparent disclosure prior to purchase that seating arrangements are outside their control and that they function solely as a reseller, relying entirely on the event’s official ticketing provider.I will have no further contact with Sportsnet.
