Inaccessible customer service and unacceptable handling of an undelivered product

I ordered a Sportstech treadmill, which was shipped in two separate parcels.Only one parcel was delivered. The main parcel was never received, following a serious failure by the carrier DPD, which has been confirmed by their customer service.A case was opened with Sportstech Germany, which centralizes customer support. However, although the order was placed nearly a month ago, it has now been two weeks since the delivery of the first parcel and one full week since I contacted Sportstech, and no concrete solution has been provided.Today, I attempted to contact Sportstech by phone to obtain human assistance. The experience was extremely frustrating: the phone system relies entirely on an automated assistant, which only repeats the same messages in different languages and never offers a solution nor the option to speak to a representative.It is completely unacceptable for a company selling high-value products to provide no real access to human customer support, especially when a paid product has never been delivered.Between:– a failed delivery,– excessive delays,– lack of clear follow-up,– and an automated customer service system incapable of handling a real issue,the overall experience has been deeply disappointing.I now expect Sportstech to provide a clear and prompt resolution, either through reshipment of the product or a full refund, in accordance with the seller’s legal obligations.As things stand, I can only advise against purchasing directly from Sportstech. Due to unreliable logistics and inaccessible customer service, buying through a third-party retailer with stronger post-sales support may be a safer option.
