Review Time
I’ve always enjoyed playing on this casino, but they’ve completely lost my trust. They pulled a fast one on me two nights ago. I received an email with a “VIP Offer”, probably because I spend way too much money with them. I’ve been a regular for the last two years.
The offer I received by email was $4.99 for 7 SC, and I decided what the heck – may as well —it’s only a few dollars. I clicked to pay and they charged $19.99 to my card and gave me 25 SC instead of the $4.99 I had agreed to. I emailed them right away but they are acting dumb, like either they don’t understand or they say they have no refunds.
I hate this, because I’ve always enjoyed their games. But, when you rip me off, and refuse to admit that your website messed up, and won’t do anything to make it right, it changes everything. They’re now trying to claim that my card was declined and bc of that the package changed somehow, but there was only one attempt at paying them on that date, and my card never declined once on the 27th.
The only recourse I have now is to do a chargeback with my bank and report them to the FTC. They won’t be around much longer if they keep this up.
I would give them a five however, I have yet to win a dime in real money and be paid. And yet as soon as I switch to play coins...same game same amounts (believe me I have tried all experiments) I win. Then I switch back to real money and Dead..it's BS!! IM OVER IT. TOO MANY PLACES TO PLAY THAT DO PAY.
I enjoy playing here. I love the games and the bonuses they give out. Also they let you win more often than a lot of the other sites I've tried. The main thing they need to improve on is redemption time. I feel like you shouldn't have to wait 5-7 business days to get your winnings. The first time I won it came within 48 hours though so I don't understand the problem now.
Very fast redemption time and great daily bonuses! No problems with these guys at all. Rock solid in my book and can be trusted. I cant say anything negative at all. Customer service has been very helpful with me if I had any issues.
Well I typically would spend around $300-$1000 per week with sportzino. They give me a mystery coin gift every week and the size depended on how much I spent. A couple to 3 weeks ago I spent over $40k, yes I know $40k. I didnt receive any kind of gift bonus and haven’t gotten 1 since. Go figure that 1 out. When I questioned them about it I got an answer about tier levels o my vip status. Nothing to do with my question so I asked again with the same response: I’ve had a couple issues with therm and every time I’ve asked about whatever jt was iv never gotten an answer pertaining to my question. I dunno if it’s AI generated answers but very very frustrating. Even to the fact the I stopped playing their site all together and just very recently started back. After this last deal witb the coin gifts and them doin what they have always done and going around my question and playing dumb, I think I’ll stop playing their site forever this time.
Being able to have a good time with knowing you are a winner no matter what and sharing these moments with the community makes it all worth while . Play with a mindset to win is not the key but being a winner is knowing no matter the out come it's setting goals that you can achieve without hesitation being your authentic self is believing you already won is the answer.
Had some issues cashing out but customer service was literally available 24/7 as they say and was able to resolve my issue fairly quick and on a weekend. Love the games and now the customer service. 5 stars all day
My experience with Sportzino was honestly awful. I deposited money just to spin at minimum wager for fun — I wasn’t chasing jackpots or trying to hit some massive win. I literally just wanted to play and maybe catch a bonus round here and there to keep it entertaining.
I went through my entire deposit and didn’t trigger a single bonus round. Not one. No features, no excitement, nothing to keep me engaged. It just felt like I was feeding money into a donation button.
SPORTZINO ROCKS! less than 24 hours to approve my $300 redemption and I appreciate that so much! When I win, I'd like my money in a reasonable amount of time. I love playing this platform.
