I’ve always enjoyed playing on this casino, but they’ve completely lost my trust. They pulled a fast one on me two nights ago. I received an email with a “VIP Offer”, probably because I spend way too much money with them. I’ve been a regular for the last two years.
The offer I received by email was $4.99 for 7 SC, and I decided what the heck – may as well —it’s only a few dollars. I clicked to pay and they charged $19.99 to my card and gave me 25 SC instead of the $4.99 I had agreed to. I emailed them right away but they are acting dumb, like either they don’t understand or they say they have no refunds.
I hate this, because I’ve always enjoyed their games. But, when you rip me off, and refuse to admit that your website messed up, and won’t do anything to make it right, it changes everything. They’re now trying to claim that my card was declined and bc of that the package changed somehow, but there was only one attempt at paying them on that date, and my card never declined once on the 27th.
The only recourse I have now is to do a chargeback with my bank and report them to the FTC. They won’t be around much longer if they keep this up.
