I have never in my life had to deal with such a disorganized and frankly predatory company than spotahome.
We mistakenly booked a rental for the wrong month recently and immediately reached out to support to change the date. The date change was rejected so we cancelled the booking within the 24-hour grace period. The booking was cancelled but they kept a 650 euro service fee.
THEN we were sent an additional bill for the month that we had cancelled. I reached out three separate times to get clarification on this bill and were never given a response. Their supposed 24-hour response time has proven to be a total lie, and we are now getting threatening emails about having the bill sent to collections.
I highly recommend against using Spotahome and will be telling everyone I know looking for rentals to stay away from this predatory and disorganized company.
