A had a very disappointing experience with Spotahome regarding a booking in Frankfurt Booking ID: M752XJJ-KL
The property was advertised at €650 /month ( have a screenshot ,but we were charged € 650 for 17 days plus a €400 admin fee, with no clear or consistent explanation despite multiple inquiries.
Later need to pay other agency 150 euro for the same zimmer.
Communication was extremely poor, all copy paste, made repeated attempts to contact both Spotahome and the landlord before move-in date and received no response until after the move-in date had already passed. Due to the uncertainty and lack of support, i had to stay in a hotel with my own expense.

I request a Visa/Mastercard chargeback due to non-performance or misleading service.
I hereby request a full explanation and a refund of my total payment of €902.
This payment consists of a €248 service fee to Spotahome and €654 for the first month's rent.
Specifically, I require a detailed explanation of where the €654 rent payment was transferred, to whom, and on what contractual basis, as I do not have a direct contract with Habyt.
After transferring €902 to Spotahome, I was subsequently charged an additional mandatory fee other agency for €150, which was not clearly disclosed before payment and was simply listed as an "other fee" without specifying the amount. This constitutes a lack of transparency and misleading pricing.
At no point was the final booking price clearly communicated to me before payment.
Based on these points, I believe this transaction is not compliant with EU consumer protection standards.
I demand a detailed breakdown of all payments, including the €654 rent, the name of the final payee, and a refund of the amount paid.
No service, no keys, no check-in and account in spotahome disabled= -€902 lost in my savings account.
my Sparkasse protect this company in spain without give me service and i feel scamed ...
