I encountered a major issue when the garage locked my car inside. I arrived at 6:54 and had the spot until 7. When I requested a refund for today and parking for the next day, given that I couldn't retrieve my car, I dealt with an unpleasant representative who dismissed my concerns. He absurdly claimed that arriving at 6:54 meant I wouldn't have time to get my car out, even though I could see it. I insisted on a refund and mentioned I would leave my car until the next day since I work nearby, but he threatened that they would charge me more for that. It felt like he was just trying to make things worse for someone already stressed. I will never use this service again and believe this interaction should be reviewed. When I asked for a manager, he claimed there wasn't one available. It was honestly unbelievable. This call took place at 8:15 PST on January 13th, so it should be easy to trace.
