The first time I used spothero I was in Chicago, the spot was impossible to find/didn't exist. This week in DC paid for three days parking for my son to visit with us. He was told lot was locked between 8pm and 7am. He's in the military and this would not work with him being at work.
Stupidly, we tried to get a Saturday evening parking reservation during that same weekend only to be told the parking was full and we're told by the Hilton valet "spothero would refund us". We rushed to find other parking before our dinner reservation. By the time we got a chance to go the spothero website to request a refund it stated it was more than 0.20 hours after the reservation starters and not eligible for refund.
Working on disputing chargers with credit card and will never use spothero again.
