I booked a reservation months in advance to save money parking near JFK. My total with SpotHero was $120 for my multi-day trip. When I arrived at the parking lot, I was informed that they were fully booked and that SpotHero lets you reserve spots that don't actually exist. It's a possibility that the lot is at fault too, as this reservation had been in place for ages, but it seems from other reviews like this is a common SpotHero problem. I struggled to find parking, almost missed my flight, and ended up parking directly at the terminal for $412. It was an incredibly stressful AND expensive experience. I'd definitely recommend always booking directly with the parking lot/garage.
