I could not get in nor could I get out of the parking garage that I was confirmed for. I was informed later that you cannot arrive earlier than your scheduled time. I arrive like 20 minutes early so I suppose that was my error. I believe you should be charged for the time versus not being able to get in at all or at least clearly state this.
