Complete lack of support

So it seems cancelling subscription is not a concern to Spotify, absolute zero response support wise. So moved back to free and now trial Apple Music.I feel I may have fixed issues myself as I cleared the cache from Spotify on Mac and it seems to have fixed (under setting and data saving)
