I have been notified by Spotify Limited that it’s is increasing its PREMIUM SERVICE by 7.7% in November 25.That’s an incredible rise and at such short notice.I contacted them by Chat-Line. When my questions started to get more in depth and me waiting considerable lengths of time between chats ( She could not keep up) when I mentioned the length of time it was taking, she accused me of being rude giving a bad “tone” to the chat and ended the chat without any further comment from me.Atrocious behaviour by Spotify I was not rude just asking simple but to the point questions.I must seek out a better platform to play my beloved music
