Cancelling subscription appears to be unimportant to the service, no support response

It appears that cancelling a subscription is not a priority for the service, as there has been no response from support. I have switched back to the free version and am now trying another music platform. I think I may have resolved some issues on my own by clearing the cache on my device, which seems to have helped.
