My dog’s collar wouldn’t connect giving me error alerts and only charged halfway despite being on the charger over 12 hours. I contacted support and they remotely walked me through some steps to figure out the problem. When those didn’t work, they had me send photos to confirm their suspicions and issued a new collar. My dog is back to being safe in our yard and no issues with the collar. Easiest time I ever had with customer service!
