The collar has been the answer to all our problems. Your neighbors no longer hate us because our dog doesn't go to their houses and bark anymore. And customer service was exceptional. We lost the charging port and they sent us a new one free of charge!
My dog’s collar wouldn’t connect giving me error alerts and only charged halfway despite being on the charger over 12 hours. I contacted support and they remotely walked me through some steps to figure out the problem. When those didn’t work, they had me send photos to confirm their suspicions and issued a new collar. My dog is back to being safe in our yard and no issues with the collar. Easiest time I ever had with customer service!
I have 2 collars and they are life changing for both of my dogs. They have the ability to roam 2 acres without any issues. It’s great giving my dogs the freedom to roam wherever and however they choose. I have mastiffs and well over 150 pounds and are no match for these collars if they choose to be a bit defiant.
