Review Time
I live in California and their Wearhouse is in Florida. I placed an order on Tuesday afternoon and at the evening the package is already sent to USPS. The total time from I place the order to I RECEIVED the package is roughly 48 hours, and it is free-shipping. I just cannot believe it. And also, I placed an order a few years ago on Christmas Eve and they still sent out the package on the same day, unbelievable. My guess is that these guys are robots who need no sleep, and they have a secret tunnel directly connect their warehouse to USPS.
Shipping was fast. I ordered off the website at 10pm. My products had been packaged and ready for shipment by 1030 Am the next morning. Thank you Kari. I received my items as advertised in proper packaging. I mean you can not really ask for better products, price and service. Hassle free. And we all want that.
Purchased a item that was advertised on Amazon for 42.00....which was the Master Set of Candy2o....so when i received it...instead i received the primary set...i contacted Amazon was told that i was supposed to receive the master set not the primary set...so ordered again and same thing again...this time contacted spraygunner to see if they can resolve this issue after waiting days from them requesting the information they needed they tell me that due to the ad ertisement even tbough it says Master Set im not able to get it because its suppose to be Primary Set....unfortunately working 10 years in retail the rules dont work as so...if what is advertised in tge image is so then it must be grabted to the customer at the price...the error is paid by the retail store.. for creating that mistake...So according to a representative from Spraygunner called Jacob he stated that they have been trying to fix this issue with Amazon for quite some time...but if tgey actually have then why didnt they just delete this and just re-do this advertisemt since the beginning....instead of miskeading customers into believing that they are purchasing the Master Set instrad to receive a different product....this is known as False Advertiment....Spraygunner could of honored the advertisement instead they honored thw falsed pretense to discredit the customer by honoring false advertisement.... In the last e-mail that I received from Spraygunner I was informed that the only help would be by shipping the wrong product back to Amazon...because they aee unabke to help any customers with this because of the image even though it has a master set on it... he stated he Apologized even though it doesnt feel like a apology more of a scam...thanks for not helping at all Spraygunner
