I ordered on the 6th of December (Austria) because it said it would arrive on the 12th. Then after contacting the support on the 13th because nothing was delivered yet and the status of the order was still "new", they changed it to the 15th. On the 15th still nothing was here and suddenly there was a shortage of one ordered product (socks)?! So they moved it to the 19th and today is the 23rd and it's the new estimated delivery day. The order also includes a cup and a bottle and yet there is no tracking number of the delivery? Are you gonna tell me you put that in an A4 envelope?! I ordered it that early for the presents to arrive BEFORE Christmas, and now, 3 weeks later, I'm empty handed!!! And all that your support had to say was "we're keeping our fingers crossed that it will arrive" - thanks for nothing, everything is going straight back to you and I'll never order again
