I placed my order on December 6th (Austria) expecting it to arrive by the 12th. After reaching out to the support team on the 13th due to no delivery and the order still marked as "new", they updated the delivery date to the 15th. On the 15th, there was still no package, and I was informed of a shortage on one of the items (socks). The date was then pushed to the 19th, and today is the 23rd with that being the new expected delivery date. The order also included a cup and a bottle, yet I haven't received any tracking information. Did you really send that in an A4 envelope? I ordered early to ensure gifts would arrive BEFORE Christmas, and now, three weeks later, I'm still waiting! The only response from your support was "we're hoping it will arrive"—which is not helpful at all. Everything is going back, and I won't be ordering again.

I ordered it that early for the presents to arrive BEFORE Christmas, and now, 3 weeks later, I'm empty handed!!! And all that your support had to say was "we're keeping our fingers crossed that it will arrive" - thanks for nothing, everything is going straight back to you and I'll never order again
Product is great but we had some issues with the black print not really showing up well on the navy shirt but that was the only option. I emailed seller just to give them feedback and immediately they responded and offered to re-print the shirt on a lighter color shirt. Super great customer service! Very impressed. Would definitely recommend this company!!
Items due by 17 December haven’t appeared. We spent well over £150.00 for bespoke items specifically for Christmas that they’ve failed to provide. Speaking to customer service is the equivalent of talking to a brick wall. No advice provided is ever the same. We have no items and have received confirmation a refund will be processed but the fact remains we wanted the items. Useless service, awful customer service and we will actively tell people to avoid using them.
My worst experience with any company ever. They have for some reason did not give my full address to dhl, dhl holded the delivery for days even if I filled the forum to change the address, kept promising me delivery. When I turned to ask help from spreadhirt they told me that my order is being returned. No accountability, not an offer to fix the situtation. Even if I told them that this was a gift for my friend. There is only 2 days for christmas, I wanted to make this special for her. You guys are an embaressment. Stop doing this if you cant do it right

Within 7 working days the money will be back in your account."**Today (21 December - 4 days before Christmas):**- Still no gift- Still no refund in my bank account- Still waiting on their "7 working days" promiseThey have the audacity to ask for feedback while leaving a customer without their order AND without their money during the Christmas period.This is absolutely unacceptable.
