What followed was an absolute shambles.**The Timeline of Failure:**- No tracking information provided- On 17 December (the final delivery day), I had to contact them only to be told I needed to "confirm my delivery address" - information they should have requested BEFORE dispatching- They claimed the item was dispatched on 9 December, yet somehow couldn't manage delivery within their own timeframe- Received patronizing advice about checking letterboxes and neighbours, as if customers have never received a parcel before**By 19 December:** Still no delivery. I reported fraud to my bank.**Their Response:** More empty promises. "We'll take care of it! Within 7 working days the money will be back in your account."**Today (21 December - 4 days before Christmas):**- Still no gift- Still no refund in my bank account- Still waiting on their "7 working days" promiseThey have the audacity to ask for feedback while leaving a customer without their order AND without their money during the Christmas period.This is absolutely unacceptable. Missing Christmas deadlines, failing to deliver, breaking refund promises, and wasting customers' time with condescending customer service responses.**Save yourself the stress - shop elsewhere.**
